Becoming a Hang It Up Gallery Artist
     Hang It Up Gallery and Studios is always interested in new artists. Artists should not visit the gallery ahead of time without an appointment as we may not be able to meet with them unexpectedly.
     Artists should submit a CD of their work, pictures or provide their website address where we can view their work. We also need to know typical prices, process information if applicable, and full contact information.
     After reviewing the materials, the artists will be considered for inclusion in Hang It Up Gallery and Studios.

 Gallery/Artists Contract Summary

  • All artwork is on consignment. The Gallery commission is 40%.
  • The initial term of consignment is 3 months.
  • The artist must have personally created the artwork.
  • Artist must agree not to market artworks similar to those on consignment within the Hart County area without first giving notice and obtaining permission from the Gallery.
  • Due to the constraints of the Gallery insurance provider, each artist is responsible for his or her own insurance. The Gallery is not responsible for any loss or damage to merchandise either from natural or unnatural causes.
