Wendy began painting as soon as she was old enough to hold a brush.
Oil painting has always been a passion of Wendy's. When she and her husband, Ron, retired from teaching and settled in Hartwell, she finally had time to paint again. A few of her brushes are over 50 years old !!
Wendy has received numerous awards, both in painting and design. She enjoys painting portraits, but when time permits, she also likes to paint still life, animals, botanicals and the occasional landscape.
Wendy really appreciates the way Hartwell supports its artists and says "it is a great place to be."
